Leadership strategies significantly shape organizational outcomes in contemporary business environments. This study examines the relationship between leadership approaches and firm performance metrics, including operational efficiency and competitive positioning. The primary objective is to analyze how transformational, transactional, and servant leadership styles impact organizational effectiveness in Indian enterprises. A quantitative research methodology was employed, surveying 250 managers across manufacturing and service sectors using a structured questionnaire based on the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ).
