Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is critical for healthcare financial sustainability, yet multi-specialty hospitals face persistent challenges in optimizing collection rates and reducing operational costs. This empirical study investigates the direct impact of RCM practices on financial sustainability indicators of 45 multi-specialty hospitals across India during 2019-2023. Using mixed-method design, we analyzed Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), collection efficiency, accounts receivable turnover, denial rates, and operational margins.
