Digital transformation has emerged as a critical strategic imperative for contemporary enterprises seeking sustainable competitive advantage in dynamic business environments. This research investigates the relationship between cloud-enabled strategic IT decision-making and enterprise digital transformation outcomes. The primary objective is to analyze how cloud computing technologies facilitate strategic IT decisions that accelerate organizational digital transformation processes. Employing a mixed-methods research design, this study utilized both quantitative surveys and qualitative analysis from secondary data sources, incorporating a sample of 285 enterprise IT decision-makers across multiple industry sectors. The research hypothesizes that cloud computing capabilities positively influence strategic IT decision-making quality, which subsequently enhances digital transformation success. Findings reveal that organizations leveraging cloud-enabled decision frameworks demonstrate 37% faster time-to-market, 38% improved application development productivity, and significantly enhanced organizational agility. Statistical analysis confirms strong positive correlations between cloud adoption maturity and digital transformation performance indicators. The study concludes that strategic integration of cloud computing into IT decision-making processes serves as a fundamental catalyst for successful enterprise digital transformation, enabling organizations to achieve operational excellence, innovation capacity, and sustained competitive positioning. |
